The great Christy Moore released his latest album “Listen” last month and it has not stop selling. The album still sits on top of the charts at No. 1 – a true recognition of how appealing his music and personality is to a wide audience.
I have listened to the album and I think it’s great. There are not many out there who can fuse an almost traditional Irish sound so well with popular folk music. He truly sounds like a master at work and can be compared in my book to the likes of the Clancy Brothers, and American artists such as Bob Dylan.
